Aspray are immensely proud to announce that we are the first franchise of 2021 to have been awarded 5-Star Franchise Satisfaction Status by The Best Franchise Awards 2021.

This has been awarded to us following a survey, conducted by WorkBuzz on behalf of the British Franchise Association (BFA), which asked our current network to provide anonymous responses to 29 questions, as well as giving them the opportunity to provide comments on their personal experience as an Aspray Franchisee.

• The Franchise System
• Culture and Relationships
• Leadership
• Overall Satisfaction

To achieve 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Status, the survey results must show that the franchisor is excelling above industry average in all 5 areas.

Annually assessing the expectations, needs and wants of our franchisees, allows us to monitor current satisfaction rates and always strive for improvement.
