Bentley meets Revive!

Revive! sets the standard for top quality vehicle paint repairs so when former Bentley employee Kevin Johnson went to Wrexham Revive! looking for a job, owner Mark Williams jumped at the chance!

Kevin, 36, from Alsager worked on the Mulsanne line at the Crewe factory as a specialist mirror finisher before he was one of hundreds to be made redundant by Bentley.

Now he is working alongside Mark repairing scuffs and scrapes to car paintwork and alloy wheels as part of the UK’s largest franchised network of accredited repairers.

Said Kevin: “I’m really enjoying my new job. I was ready for a new challenge and love cars, so when I saw the distinctive Revive! van driving around I thought I’d make contact. I’m used to bodyshop work and finishing cars to very high standards and just loving the variety of jobs we do here. No two days are the same and there’s a lot of satisfaction to be had when you see how delighted our customers are when they see the finished result.”

Mark Williams set up Revive! Wrexham four years ago after leaving the RAF. He’s worked hard to build the business whose customers include car dealerships, fleet companies and private motorists. Kevin is his first employee and he couldn’t be more delighted.

“My years in the RAF taught me to set very high standards, so when I had the chance to employ someone who worked in the Bentley bodyshop that was good enough for me! I know it is a cliché but I really am over the moon. Kevin is a great bloke, fits in well and knows his stuff. His skill and expertise is a great asset to our business and will enable us to set the bar even higher.”
