Cosmetic vehicle repair franchisor Revive! is expanding into new office space to accommodate its growing team following a surge in new franchises and landmark national contracts.

Revive Franchise Opportunity

During the past six months, the head office team has grown from 21 to 26, and there are plans to recruit an IT professional and a business support manager in the near future.

Revive!’s customer service and administrative staff are relocating to a prestigious office development in Rugby. The existing premises will be retained for the firm’s IMI-accredited franchisee training, and there are plans for further investment in the facilities.

Managing Director Mark Llewellyn says the business had outgrown its previous home and the time was right to lay the foundations for future developments.

“We had a very strong year in 2012, and had to grow the team quickly,” Llewellyn explains. “Relocating the office staff means we have room for more expansion, and we wanted to create a pleasant working environment that we’d be proud to invite clients to. The Revive! Training Academy and these new offices tick all the right boxes.”

Revive! specialises in repairing minor scuffs and scrapes to vehicle bodywork and alloy wheels. It has the largest network of smart repairers in the UK and is the first to receive Automotive Technician Accreditation. Recent developments include partnering with Ford to deliver an intelligent repair programme across the Ford Accident Repair Centres (FARC) network and involvement in the Tesco Clubcard scheme.

As the preferred supplier of smart repairs to major car dealerships and fleet operators, Revive!’s customers include Alfa Romeo Fiat, Lex Autolease and Mercedes. The company works closely with the Institute of the Motor Industry to drive up standards and as a result has paved the way for smart repair to become a top quality alternative to bodyshops for minor vehicle damage.
