The New Zealand-headquartered cafe chain Cooks Coffee Company plans to raise £1.5m in a funding round ahead of its London float.
The business operates under two brands: Esquires Organic Coffee and Triple Two Coffee, which was acquired in June 2020.
Cooks Coffee Company, (listed on NZ stock market) currently the 4th largest coffee focused cafe chain in the U.K, is listing in the U.K on the Aquis exchange at the start of November.
We are also looking to raise a minimum of £1.5m to help grow the existing brands under the Cooks umbrella, venture into existing growth markets as well as longer term grow the group through further acquisitions.
