Meet David Braddy, the latest addition to our nationwide franchise network. Really Awesome Coffee is the UK’s leading mobile cafe franchise which takes the traditional high street coffee shop to the customers, wherever they are.

David, who was a director of a snacks vending business along with his wife Karen, decided they wanted a healthier work-life balance after working long hours for many years.

“After investigating for a long time what my next move would be, the mobile coffee business seemed the most appealing venture because it allowed me to have more flexible work-life balance”, David said. “Previously I was working long hours and wanted to do something I would enjoy”.

At the start of February David & Karen started our Fast-track Training & Launch Program. They received all of their business training along with professional barista training at our in-house training centre in Coventry to hone their skills making a variety of quality hot drinks.

“The barista training was vital for us as we had never used an espresso machine before, but Really Awesome Coffee gave us all the support we needed. By the end we had learnt how to make a great range of drinks that we could serve to our customers. My favourite drink is a Cappuccino with chocolate sprinkles; Karen loves an Americano”.

Their assisted business launch took place mid-February in Ipswich with our specialised support team on hand to launch the business to their new customers.

“It’s been nice to meet so many new customers in such a short space of time. The launch was extremely busy and the queues were long but everyone was nice, friendly and excited to taste our coffee”.

“I’m looking forward to meeting lots more people and developing my daily coffee route”.
