Drain Doctor, the UK’s most trusted national drainage and plumbing company, has appointed Rick Howcroft as their new Managing Director.

Howcroft is determined to build on the company’s first-class service to commercial and domestic customers across the United Kingdom while driving the brand to the “next level”.

He will be responsible for managing the nationwide network of 65 locations covering England, Scotland and Wales and will also work with Drain Doctor’s Republic of Ireland team.

Howcroft takes the helm at an exciting time for the organisation after Drain Doctor welcomed ten new franchise owners during the unprecedented year of 2020, more than any other year to date.

The entrepreneurial businessman has an esteemed background in sales and the home service industry and a proven track record of growing companies from central leadership positions. He has held several directorial roles within construction outfits and has also set up and run his own business within the same sector.

Rick joins Drain Doctor from Dream Doors, the UK’s #1 kitchen makeover company, where he implemented strategic policies critical to their success during his tenure. He began as a Regional Business Development Manager before progressing up the ranks into a Regional Director role.

He is determined to continue Drain Doctor’s stellar customer-first remit alongside a team of well-established experts.
