Franchise development expert joins Revive! team

Cosmetic vehicle repair franchisor Revive! is strengthening the support it offers franchisees with the creation of a dedicated Business Development Manager role.

Paula Spriggs

Franchise industry stalwart Paula Spriggs has been appointed to the new position. She has a proven track record in helping to maximise the potential of franchisees, typically increasing average franchise growth by up to 20 per cent.

Initially Paula has been tasked with reviewing and auditing existing Revive! franchisee support. She will then be responsible for creating and implementing a development strategy. A key focus is likely to be helping franchisees achieve an optimum balance from their three primary income streams: national accounts, retail repairs and dealership repairs.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the sector, Paula is passionate about franchising and the success that people can realise when they follow the model effectively.

“It is a privilege to play a part in franchisees’ journeys,” she explains. “They often see me as a mentor and I get real satisfaction from watching their businesses grow and thrive. At Revive! I hope to help more of the franchisees make that important transition from being a hands-on repair technician to a business manager with a fleet of vans.”

Revive! Managing Director Mark Llewellyn says this appointment is a significant landmark: “As our network continues to grow it is important that we have talented leaders in place to shape the direction of the business and ensure franchisees receive the very best support. Paula brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the role and we look forward to seeing her plans come to fruition.”

Paula has previously worked for national franchise networks including Prontaprint, Signarama and Cartridge World in roles including business development, new franchisee support and franchisee recruitment.
