Marketing graduate Adam will spend 11 months with the leading cosmetic smart repairer and will keep in regular contact with a business mentor from the scheme’s co-coordinator Coventry University.

Revive! specialises in repairing minor scuffs and scrapes to vehicles and alloy wheels and has the largest UK network of accredited repairers. Last year it appointed its current IT systems developer Vlad Ichim under the same scheme, and managing director Mark Llewellyn was so impressed with the calibre of Coventry University graduates and the mentoring programme that he decided to extend the scheme to fill the marketing role.

Said Mark: “We are a dynamic, fast-moving business with big ambitions. The whole ethos of Revive! is built around a commitment to excellence and delivering the highest possible levels of service to our customers and we need bright, enthusiastic and motivated people in the team to help drive the company forward.

“Young undergraduates have a lot to offer and the ongoing mentoring from lecturers at the university adds yet another valuable dimension to the mix.”

Sarah Horton-Walsh, marketing consultant and mentor from Coventry University said: “Investing in graduate skills is part of the university degree programme and I am delighted we have one our own graduates in this role.”

Adam (22) lives in Coventry and commutes daily to Revive!’s head office in Rugby. His main focus during the initial 11 month contract is to carry out a major review of the company’s brand communications strategy and he is enjoying every minute.

“I am so excited about this job,” he said. “The project is really interesting and I’m loving the fact that Mark and his team have a massive appetite for marketing and are as enthusiastic as I am about this project. It’s a million miles away from the industry placement year I spent during my degree at a wealth management company and I am relishing the opportunity to play a small part in the ongoing success of Revive!”
