Lesley Cobb, the Franchise Operations and Recruitment Manager for Mac Tools, has been invited to share the brand’s innovative approach to franchisee growth at a major industry event.

The British Franchise Association (bfa), the sector’s self-regulatory governing body, is hosting a Super Brands event for the first time this week to “reflect the changing trends and evolution of franchising both in the UK and internationally” by focusing on franchises that “have become household names in business”.

Lesley joins some of the biggest businesses in franchising at the ICC in Birmingham on Wednesday 27 June, where she’ll give a presentation on how Mac Tools supports franchisee growth and business development.

This approach has already been recognised after Mac Tools was shortlisted in the Innovation category of the sector’s most prestigious accolades, the bfa HSBC Franchise of the Year Awards. Winners are announced on Thursday evening, the day after the Super Brands event.

Lesley said: “It’s a real honour to have been asked to present. There will be some huge brands in attendance and the fact that the bfa believes we have significant ideas worth sharing with an audience like that is a great compliment to the way we evolve our business and support our franchisees.

Lesley will also attend the two-day bfa annual conference following Super Brands, where franchisors and advisors come together to share best practice and learn about new developments in the sector.
