Mark Llewellyn, managing director of Revive!, the UK’s leading smart repair franchise, completed his 20th fundraising run earlier this month, running in the Draycote Water Half Marathon and 10K. In total has raised over £20,000 for the charity Children with Cancer.

A former professional rugby player, Mark competed in the London Marathon three times and took part in the Great North run four times. Each time he has run in aid of the children’s cancer charity.

Said Mark: “Sport and exercise has always played a big part in my life. Everything I do I do to the max, whether that be work or running. Keeping fit is very important to both physical and mental health and being able to raise money for such a worthwhile charity helps keep me motivated, too.

“Running gives me time to clear my mind and prepare for the day ahead. I enjoy the solitude of training and the madness and camaraderie of participating in group runs!

“I have to say my days of running full marathons ended on a high after last year’s London Marathon but I still enjoy the challenge of a half marathon. The atmosphere at Draycote Water was great, matched only by the Warwickshire scenery, and I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who sponsored me.”
