Nicky Morris, franchisee for Merry Maids Fylde & Blackpool, has been nominated as one of the most inspirational and successful women in the franchise industry according to Franchise Magazine.

Nicky has been a Merry Maids franchisee since 2002 and is part of the Go for Growth and Merry Maids Mentoring Programme where she offers her knowledge, experience and recommendations to other businesses to help them to achieve their business goals.

Merry Maids created such initiatives to ensure that our franchisees could put to use their knowledge and expertise in improving the franchise network. It’s very rewarding for those involved in the initiatives and is very much appreciated by us, as the franchisor, as well as our franchisees that benefit from peer support.
