Ian Hadley, Operations Manager at Minster Cleaning Services, will be speaking at the BICSc Annual Awards, Showcase & Exhibition on Thursday 26th September at Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa in Northamptonshire.

The BICSc Annual Awards is one of the most prestigious events in the cleaning and Facilities Management industry’s calendar, celebrating excellence in training and accreditation.

Ian achieved BICSc Licensed Assessor status in January 2019 and since then has trained nearly 50 branch supervisors and area managers throughout the network and awarded them the ‘Licence to Practice’ accreditation.

Ian will take to the stage at 2.30pm to share his experience and insight into accredited training membership and why it works, discussing key benefits such as increased service consistency to staff empowerment.

Ian comments: “The training has been very popular throughout the network and branches see a true value in investing time and money into it. We’re hoping to enter the awards next year once our training centre has become more established.”
