Following months of rigorous scrutiny and analysis, Radfield Home Careis extremely proud to announce that they are the first and only company in the UK healthcare sector to gain the prestigious B CorpTMcertification.

A Certified B Corporation® is a company which has clearly demonstrated its commitment to ethical business and has legally pledged to look after its people and the environment. It is to business, what a fair-trade certificate is to coffee.

The performance standards B Corps™ meet are comprehensive, transparent and externally verified. They measure a company’s impact on all its stakeholders including its workers, suppliers, community, clients and the environment.

RadfieldHome Care have met and exceeded all standards set by B Corp in social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency and are delighted that they are leading the way and redefining success in the UK care industry.

The criteria for certification isa comprehensive and exhaustive investigation by the non-profit third party organisation B Lab®. The evaluation includes governance impact, evaluating a company’s overall mission, ethics, accountability and transparency. It looks in detailat the company’s contribution to employee wellbeing, community involvement, charitable giving and diversity and inclusion, all of which are highly valued within Radfield Home Care.

With the exhaustive certification process now complete Radfield Home Care are looking to continue expanding their services through recruiting like-minded franchisees who see the benefit of not simply focusing on profits but of also valuing the positive impact that building businesses based on solid ethical foundations can bring.
