The Dragons’ Den theatre school has just announced that it is to launch a new Growth Incentive Scheme, with one of the incentives being to meet with business partner and multimillionaire entrepreneur Duncan Bannatyne.

Razzamataz Theatre Schools shot to fame when Founder and Managing Director Denise Hutton-Gosney appeared on BBC’s Dragons’ Den in 2007 and Duncan Bannatyne offered her the full investment. “The investment from Dragons’ Den that gives me most pride and satisfaction involves children’s stage schools with a franchise opening almost every term throughout the UK,” says Duncan. “It’s a fantastic business model and a fantastic company.”

Over the last six years, Duncan remains a very active investor and is delighted to be part of this new scheme, which will motivate and reward those franchisees who are achieving above and beyond expectations.

Razzamataz heavily invest in franchise consultants and experts to continually guide franchisees to navigate them towards success. This promotes ethical practice and encourages franchisees in their own business.

“It is very important that as the franchisor, we continue to support our new and existing franchisees,” says Denise. “As a business, we continue to invest time, money and resources into making our franchisees successful. I have recently attended a course at Franchising Academy for best practice within the franchising industry and I will continue to pass this knowledge on.”
