Recognition Express North Wales supplies t-shirts for charity walk

Recognition Express North Wales, local specialists in promotional gifts, personalised clothing and school uniform, have provided the t-shirts for an annual charity walk organised by the Red Cross.

The walk, that is taking place on Saturday, September 18, will raise money for the Red Cross and also the North East Wales Search and Rescue Team.

The 26-mile walk will start at Clwyd Gate and finish in Prestatyn.

Recognition Express North Wales Director Chris Kerry said: “We have done some work for the Red Cross before and were more than happy to supply them with 75 t-shirts free of charge for this charity walk.

“We have previously supplied with branded baseball caps, banner stands and clipboards for various events. They are a good customer of ours.

“But cost is quite clearly an issue for them, and we do try to always support charities when we can.”

Red Cross community fundraiser Gladys McCrea added: “We are all looking forward to the walk and are incredibly grateful to all the people taking part and our business sponsors such as Recognition Express North Wales.”
