Revive! managing director Mark Llewelyn opened the conference by congratulating the network on its continued growth, and outlined his plans to grow national accounts significantly over the next twelve months. He gave an overview of Revive!’s 2015 highlights, which included achieving Investors in People status and several top level appointments to further strengthen the head office business support team.

He said: “We’ve had a great year, and there have been some really outstanding sales results. There’s no doubt that competition is getting tougher out there as others within our industry up their game. As the only accredited network of mobile smart repairers offering a UK-wide coverage we are in a strong position, but we can’t rest on our laurels. We must keep on raising our standards and ensure we all deliver the consistence of service and quality that our national account customers expect.”

Revive! sponsored BTCC racing driver and 2013 champion, Andrew Jordan, took time out of his pre-season training schedule to update delegates on his latest news. He told the conference that he has high hopes for the 2016 season as part of the Motorbase Performance team, where he will be one of the Ford Focus racers. He is determined to win back his title and believes the Ford team will help him achieve his ambition.

Throughout the day, franchisees took part in specialist workshops on aspects of sales and technical skills. The formal part of the conference ended with a suppliers’ showcase hosted by LKQ coatings, 3M, Akzo Nobel and Mirka. In the evening a gala dinner was held at which winners of the 2015 Revive! awards for sales achievement were announced.
