Revive! boosts corporate line-up with strategic appointment

Cosmetic vehicle repair franchisor Revive! is strengthening its head office team with the appointment of a dedicated in-house IT System Developer, following recent growth.

Vlad Ichim

Vlad Ichim is tasked with enhancing internal systems as Revive! gears-up to meet further ambitious growth targets. He is the fifth new recruit in three months and will play a vital role, ensuring the core infrastructure is scalable to meet evolving requirements.

Business objectives associated with this appointment include enabling better communication between internal departments and with franchisees. Vlad will also seek to streamline processes for efficiency and improved customer experiences.

Vlad joins Revive! fresh from Coventry University where he achieved a first class honours degree in Computer Science. The contract includes an affiliation with the University’s KEEN (Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise Network) programme, so he will be able to draw on expert advice from lecturers and staff there if needed.

“I already feel like I am part of the Revive! family, and enjoy working in such friendly environment,” says Vlad. “The role is challenging and will allow me to further expand my knowledge. I am excited about the prospect of developing a more sophisticated, bespoke IT infrastructure that will help the business as it continues to grow.”

Revive! Managing Director Mark Llewellyn adds: “We have been looking for the right IT person for some time, and Vlad ticks all the boxes. Our franchise network is going from strength to strength. Enquiries for national fleet work are up 74 per cent, new franchisees are coming on board and product developments such as dedicated wheel vans have enhanced our offering. The time is right to invest in our infrastructure and we are confident that Vlad will ensure our systems meet our current and future needs.”
