The Franchisee of the Year Award went to Russell Hudson, owner of Revive! West Lincolnshire for his tenacity, focus on quality and growing sales which has led to a 14% increase in turnover. Adam Smith and Kim Richardson from Revive! Luton received the award for Exceptional Achievement in recognition of their strong sales growth, management ability and a great team ethic.

The Outstanding Sales Achievement award was presented to Jay Belham from Revive! Guildford who has increased his business by an average of 65% each year since start up in 2012.

Judges were unable to choose between Ian Stokes from Revive! Cambridge and Dave Elliot from Luton when it came to the Employee of the Year award so the accolade for 2015 was shared.

Each year Revive! franchisees are invited to nominate a colleague who they believe deserves the Team Play of the Year award which was presented to Mike Morgan from Revive! Preston.

He was nominated by neighbouring franchisee Andy Hill from Bolton who said: “Mike very kindly took me under his wing in my early days giving me some much needed work which has helped me greatly in dealing with dealers and helped me to realise I could actually do the job.”

All of the winners received prizes donated by conference sponsors Akzo Nobel, 3M, LKQ Coatings and the Perry Appleton Group.

Said Terry Mullen, operations director of Revive!, “It’s important to recognise the achievements of our franchisees, and the annual conference is the ideal time to do it. Nearly everyone comes to the event and the awards add a real sense of occasion to the gala dinner when we can celebrate colleagues’ success as one big team.”
