Delegates at the Revive! annual conference were treated to a line up of top industry speakers as the leading mobile smart repair franchise celebrated another excellent year.

Over 145 attended the dinner and awards which was held at the Stratford Manor Hotel on Saturday 3 March. After a ‘state of the nation’ address from Revive! managing director Mark Llewellyn the packed programme for the day began.

Former BFA chairman and current BFA trustee Melvin Lusty shared his thoughts on national accounts, as well as the 2011 BFA Franchisee of the Year Award winners Catharine and Mike Chalton from Home Instead Senior Care.

The attendees were then treated to a technical product showcase where suppliers had an opportunity to demonstrate new products and techniques.

The conference ended on a high note when the awards were presented by Revive! directors Mark Llewellyn and Terry Mullen and conference sponsors MKPE, AkzoNobel and 3M. Russell Hudson, owner of Revive West Lincolnshire won the Franchisee of the Year Award for the second year running. Other awards were made to:

• Adam Smith Revive! Luton (Outstanding Service Award),
• Richard Williamson Revive! Watford (Outstanding Sales Award)
• Scott Atkinson Revive! Leicester South (Excellence in National Accounts Award).
