The Peterborough CENTURY 21 office has a new franchisee – Rhys Mayers. Aged 20, he is the youngest franchisee within the group.

With a wealth of experience behind him, Rhys has worked within property for four years as from the age of 16 he launched his career within an estate agent in Lincoln. Two years later he then moved onto a business brokers which specialised in lettings and estate agency.

While working at the Sleaford-based business brokers Rhys came across the CENTURY 21 Peterborough resale, he recalls:

“The location and the price really appealed to me and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity for me to become a business owner in an industry that I am passionate about.”

Located at 4 Cowgate, Peterborough, PE1 1NA, Rhys became the sole owner/director on the 8th May 2017. The branch is predominately sales orientated and obtains rentals from investors who buy houses from the branch, this is also supplemented with business resales too.
