Rena’s career was financial planning and buying for retail for eighteen years. There was a step change eight years ago into executive mindset coaching where she worked with senior business leaders and their teams.

With her success in executive coaching, what inspired Rena to start a Seniors Helping Seniors?

Rena says “I experienced over-worked, under-paid care agencies, that were doing their best under the very difficult, under-funded circumstances when I needed to find care for my mother and it left me feeling reflective and saddened at the level and quality of home-care support that was available.”

Rena talks of the desperate need for improvements in the home-care sector, and for the elders of our society to be valued, supported, and cared for in a kind, compassionate and respectful way.
