Tell us about your background

 

Started my working life as a receptionist straight from school, worked my way up to Project Manager in a leading marketing company then went into Training and Development at RBS, specialising in ELearning. It was about that time that I realised how much I needed a PA but my job didn’t give me the opportunity to hire my own. Then I came across the concept of outsourced PA services and had a bit of a “eureka” moment – that was 7 years ago and I haven’t regretted it for a second!

What is your favourite part of the job?

Good question… As part of our commitment to continuous improvement for our clients, I love coming up with effective new processes and procedures to try and make the service we provide even better.

What are you known best for in the office?

Being a control freak. And insisting that all the sockets are switched off at the end of the day.
