Another summer has come and gone! It’s been a great few months at SmartPA, topped off with the launch of our Training Academy’s online learning. The days might be getting shorter (and colder) but there’s no slowing down at SmartPA. We’re now gearing up for the launch of more exciting new technology and continuing our international development in the Middle East.
Meet the SmartPA team…
Tell us about yourself…
I’m an outgoing work/play/think-aholic maverick who believes anything is possible and that “NO” should be taken out of the dictionary. I am impatient and demanding but also reasonable and fair. I love to challenge, ask questions, debate, laugh and I love people.
What do you love most about your job?
Its diversity. I enjoy working with governments, policy makers and our wonderful partners who are helping shape our future and embody the core essence of who we are. I also love learning new things every day and finding out about what makes people tick.
What’s next?
This is such an exciting time to be associated with SmartPA. We’re continuing our international expansion in the Middle East and launching several new technology products, whilst developing the Training Academy. Watch this space!

Your Hero
I have so many! LBJ for delivering the Civil Rights Act and making the hardest, bravest decision an American could make for black America. Nelson Mandela for smiling in the face of adversity, then forgiving. David Bowie for educating a very young me and opening up a whole new world of pop art and intrigue.
Scottish Referendum
We couldn’t pass September without mentioning the Scottish Independence vote (18th September 2014). SmartPA are proud to be a successful Scottish company but we are also a global business. We believe in having the best of both worlds.
Whatever the outcome of the vote, we will continue to grow and remain at the forefront of the PA, secretarial and administrative sector.
