Last week, SmartPA were invited to an intimate conference to discuss the upcoming EU Referendum. Speakers included Members of Parliament and Gordon Brown, all of whom gave passionate speeches about the value of remaining in the EU.
Particular emphasis was places on issues, such as: employment, climate change, terrorism and business.
SmartPA co-founder Andrew Wright met with Gordon Brown to touch upon these issues, particularly employment.
There was considerable interest in SmartPA’s pledge to get 25,000 women back to work from Members of Parliament and the press. SmartPA are currently in talks to meet with the Scottish Government later this week to further discuss how SmartPA can contribute to government policy.
