SmartPA recently demonstrated their commitment to female empowerment and equal working practices by promoting their fourth female department head; Joanna Whitelaw.

Along with their managing director, Sarra Bejaoui, the four core departments of the company are now run by female team members.

Joanna’s recent promotion to Head Of Partnership demonstrates that we don’t only preach these values externally but live and breathe them.”

Joanna added: “Having worked my way up through the business, I’m excited to take on this new role at a time when the demand for virtual and flexible working is at its highest. I’ve had many years getting to know the business and am proud to join the ranks of our other female leaders. The next 12-18 months will mark even more growth with plans to grow our roster of SmartPAs to 1000+, so it’s the perfect time to step up and make my mark.”
