About YourZone45

YourZone45 workouts are 45 minute sessions which mix cardio and functional resistance training to create comprehensive, full-body workouts — guaranteed to melt body fat and kick start metabolisms into overdrive. YourZone45 workouts utilise the technology of our heart rate monitoring system to encourage members to spend at least 12-20 minutes of their workout at 84-100% of their heart tare. THis is based in scientific principles which allows members to experience the Calorie AfterBurn Affect — where they continue to burn calories up to 36 hours after their session…yes, even when they are at home watching telly! Each session at YourZone45 combines the community of an outstanding group exercise class but with the personal attenttion and guidance of a personal training session. Gone are the days of the traditional, boring gym.

What’s happening and why?

Since opening in 2015, YourZone45 has had success after success with current members because it’s modern, fun and inclusive. Now we’re re-branding as YourZone45 so our logo, coulours, and the look of our clubs refelct these qualities and philosophies! We’ll now be known as YourZone45, highlighting the fact that our 45 minute scientific workouts are perfect for those who are time-poor but want to see BIG results, fast. At YourZone45, no calorie is safe!

Everyone should visit

To celebrate our new look and feel, the Braintree YourZone45 and the Colchester YourZone45 teams are inviting anyone who wants to increase their fitness levels or lose weight to have YourZone45 sessions throughout December, completely free. However, there’s only 50 places, so it’s first come, first served.

If you love the results you see — which we know you will — be sure to sign up for your membership during the first two weeks of January. Every new member that signs up between the 1st and 14th of January will be given the chance to select one of our prize balloons.
