Winning Weekend for Radfield Franchise Partners

Radfield Home Care’s franchise network has experienced a winning weekend with two of its franchise partners leading the way at award ceremonies at both ends of the country.

In Yorkshire, Radfield Home Care Harrogate & Wetherby franchise partner, Matthew Nutting swooped the Home Care Registered Manager Award at the Great British Care Awards for the Yorkshire and Humber region. Meanwhile, Shamsah Lalji and the Radfield Home Care Richmond, Kingston & Hounslow team cleaned up at the Richmond Business Awards in London, winning the People’s Choice Award as well receiving commendations for Best Customer Service and Best Training & Development.

These are the latest in a long line of accolades Radfield Home Care franchise partners have achieved in recent months and Franchisor, Dr Hannah MacKechnie, is proud to see the network achieving continued success: “We have only been franchising for a little over two years, and a number of our franchise partners have already been recognised for their achievements by both the business and healthcare industries. Matthew and Shamsah are two of our newest franchise partners to launch their Radfield businesses, making their achievements extra special, but also highlighting just how much commitment they both have to supporting the needs of their local communities.

“The Radfield model was developed with strong values and a high focus on quality, and all of our franchise partners share this ethos. As as result we are creating a national brand which is fast becoming synonymous with quality, which is supported by our multiple awards and accolades both locally and nationally.”

In Richmond, Shamsah has become a staple part of the community, championing awareness of home care services as well as creating a supportive work environment for home care assistants: “We are extremely humbled to have won tonight’s awards. These accolades recognise and celebrate Radfield Home Care’s commitment to offering clients the highest standard of care in their own home, as well as investing in recruiting, training and developing the best care staff. We treat our staff as part of our family, as we believe that the kindness, dedication and respect we show them will then be reflected in the outstanding care they deliver to our clients.”

Despite only launching his Radfield Home Care franchise in September, Matthew is already well exceeding expectations thanks to his committed approach to customer service, staff appreciation and high quality care: “It was an incredible moment winning the regional Home Care Registered Manager of the Year. The Great British Care Awards recognise the providers and people within the industry that really do strive to provide the best care services possible; so it is an honour to even be nominated, let alone win!”

Matthew will now be attending the National Great British Care Awards in Birmingham on 8th March 2019, competing against eight other regional winners hoping to be named National Home Care Registered Manager of the Year.
