As a property search company, X-Press felt it fitting to sponsor the ‘Best Conveyancing Paralegal’ category. Conveyancing paralegals support the work that the company’s network of 27 franchise offices do day-to-day. They work tirelessly to help complete the conveyancing process, allowing people to move quickly and efficiently.

Throughout the past year, the whole conveyancing sector has been under increased pressure due to the demand from the stamp duty holiday. X-Press owners and conveyancing paralegals have worked closely together throughout the past year to meet increased demand. Conveyancing paralegals have been imperative to keeping the sector moving throughout the pandemic, and their hard work deserves to be recognised.
