TaxAssist Accountants officially opened its first shop in Australia to serve the small business community in Liverpool at a special networking event.
The launch of the shop on 1/59 Scott Street followed weeks of preparation by experienced accountant Avendra Narayan CPA, after he launched TaxAssist Accountants in March to provide a dedicated service to support small businesses in the Liverpool district.
The Deputy Mayor of Liverpool, Tony Hadchiti, joined Avendra and his team to cut the ribbon and officially launch the business on 3 June.
Avendra said: “We are delighted by the positive response we’ve received so far from our clients, who have said how much they love the accessible and welcoming look and feel of the shop. I’d like to thank everyone who came along to our shop’s launch – it was great to welcome our clients, dignitaries, representatives from the local banks, the small business community and my family.”

TaxAssist Accountants provides small businesses with advice tailored specifically for their needs – from completion of end of year accounts and annual tax returns to payroll, GST and bookkeeping. This is complemented by a wide range of additional services including debt recovery, independent financial advice and personnel (HR) services.
Avendra Narayan is the first TaxAssist Accountant in Australia. New shops in Chatswood and the Sydney CBD will be opening shortly.
TaxAssist is looking to grow its network by joining forces with other accountants.
