NIC’s latest franchisee, Dalis Chhorn and her business associate Vitosh Tiev are completing their induction training week at the Head Office in Leeds this week.

The comprehensive training programme includes practical training which is delivered in their purpose-built Training Academy. The practical training provided is to British Institute of Cleaning Science standards and provides new franchisees with essential skills and knowledge of the cleaning industry.

In addition to the practical training there is also an in-depth programme covering all other elements of the buisness including sales, marketing and finance.
