Training

Our initial training programme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to get your business off to a flying start. Our comprehensive package includes: training at our head office in Leeds covering all operational aspects of running an NIC franchise including our unique systems and procedures; a 4-day residential course on the practical aspects of the cleaning industry; and ongoing support and guidance from our team and existing franchisees.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

You will be managing both large and small contracts. This will involve visiting existing clients to conduct monthly audits, managing your cleaning teams and all other related aspects. In addition you will be visiting potential clients and networking to build new relationships and grow your business. Your time will be split between being on the road, and the essential management of the business which you can run from your own home office.

Comprehensive Training Programme

We want our franchisees to be successful, that’s why we provide one of the most thorough training and support programmes in the franchise business. As an NIC franchisee, you will undertake an extensive training programme at our purpose built in-house training centre. This training covers practical training on cleaning methods as well as business training and sales and marketing advice and methods on acquiring and retaining clients. The practical training is delivered to BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) standards.

Ongoing support is also provided through a nurturing programme, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to get your business off to the best start possible.

The NIC Franchise Support Package

NIC provide all franchisees with administrative support which includes full invoicing, credit control and payroll services together with sales and marketing support including a multi-channelled marketing programme and assistance with quoting on local, regional and national contracts. The support package includes:
