Match Options have started the new year on a positive note with the opening of a new branch in Cambridge.

The Match Option Cambridge branch is a franchise operation taken by Marshal Konvzo. Marshal has a background as an IT Consultant and Business Analyst. He had been interested in researching a business within the healthcare recruitment sector and came across Match Options.

Match Options suited where Marshal wanted to focus, not only location wise in Cambridge but also the sector in supplying healthcare staff into the NHS, and private organisations like care homes.

Marshal couldn’t wait to get started and seize the opportunity to attract nurses and healthcare workers looking for a change in the new year job market, so he trained at the end of December for a January opening.

Match Options has been in the healthcare sector since 1999 and operates from both direct company owned and franchise branches across the UK. They are looking for further franchisees to help support the national relationships and contracts they hold.
