The Seniors Helping Seniors business model was constructed to value carers appropriately. Unsurprisingly we have no problems finding and recruiting outstanding carers in any region and the dedication and work ethic is nothing short out stunning. All visits were on time throughout the lockdown.
The business has proved sustainable and recession proof during COVID and we are growing as more and more families realise they want the care for their loved ones to be delivered at home by the same person who they will genuinely get on with, so celebrating our carers for all their amazing skills and dedication was a priority for us.
We have always been ahead of real wage recommendations and we are delighted to pay more than 7.5% above this now.
We are looking for franchise partners in the South East and East of England.
