The Best Franchise Programme, run by leading market research agency WorkBuzz, hosted its first webinar recently, with a key member of the TaxAssist Support Centre team, Richard Chatten-Hague, asked to participate in a panel discussion

The event attracted a large number of franchisors keen to learn more about the programme and share industry expertise and was followed by a question-and-answer session.

The WorkBuzz franchisee survey works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is then assigned an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) score.
