From humble beginnings

Ian Parry and Ritchie Stewart are avid golfers. They decided to set up a new business venture in 2009 installing Putting Greens into home gardens. They committed £2000 each and set up shop in Ian’s garage! Fast forward 3 years and they were turning over £1,000,000 installing artificial grass lawns, putting greens, sports fields and play areas. Now in its 11th year Trulawn is projected to achieve its largest multi million pound turnover to date.

How has 2020 affected the business?

2020 has affected many people on many levels. Despite all the challenges Trulawn faced, due to our flexibility, hard work and ability to adapt we have managed to hit the long-standing targets we had set for the year. In fact, we have managed to achieve an increase or growth in nearly every aspect of the business in 2020 over 2019.

Interest in artificial grass has boomed by around 23% in 2020 over 2019 and it shows no signs of slowing down. Trulawn feels it is achieving some of its best successes right now and is looking for franchisees to join them and share in their accomplishments.

How can you share in Trulawns success?

Trulawn launched its first franchises in 2020. We still have some key territories we are looking to fill. These include:

Leicester, Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff, Manchester, Plymouth, Coventry, Newcastle, Canterbury, Wolverhampton, Nottingham, Gloucester/ Cheltenham, Cambridge, Lincoln, Hull, Peterborough, Ipswich.

Setting up a Trulawn Franchise could not be more straightforward. You have a dedicated franchise manager to guide you through every step of the process. Once up and running you will receive sales enquiries from head office as well as generating your own leads locally, so a strategy for finding the work – which is often the biggest challenge of a new business – is already in place.
