Reason for Sale
Since I purchased the franchise in 2008, I have separately been carrying out contract project management and consultancy work which has been consistently 4 or 5 days a week. As such, I have only carried out small ad-hoc pieces of training and coaching when time permitted alongside my other work, and have not actively marketed the business for some years. I used to include the franchise income within the accounts for my contract company, but that limited company was closed down nearly 2 years ago. As such there are no separate accounts for the business. Equally, with my other contract assignments, I have not done any West End Training work for almost 2 years. With my other income and with my State Pension retirement date approaching, I have decided the time has come to offer the franchise for sale.
The franchise is therefore effectively a ‘green-field’ opportunity for the areas in scope as above.
