WHY THEY CAME TO SME SKILLS:

Nigel spent 15 years working in professional sales, achieving great results and hitting targets.

In October 2017 he was made redundant as his employer moved the business in a different direction.

Nigel decided to run his own business, be his own boss, to be able to spend more time with his family and achieve financial freedom.

However he didn’t have a proven system that would work, to generate clients and deliver for them. He wanted a system to support him.

WHAT SME SKILLS DID FOR THEM:

After successfully completing our recruitment process we decided to offer Nigel a position as a franchise consultant.

We started him on our 2-day franchisee induction training, we then took him through a 180-day intensive launch program to really help him get his first few clients and grow his franchise business.

Through our weekly calls we managed his mindset to stay on with his game plan so that he could get the results he deserved.

THE RESULTS:

In his first 12 months with SME Skills Nigel made over £30,000-working with just 10 clients. Now he is set to make £100,000 with his current client base.

For Nigel one of the biggest changes was his mindset towards business and his ability to close prospects efficiently. He developed this by having weekly calls and monthly meetings, as this helped him to keep his development on track.
