WHY THEY CAME TO SME SKILLS:

AVC was really struggling to convert their leads when they were introduced to us.

They were getting about 6000 monthly website views, yet only getting 10-15 surgeries a month. They wanted help in pitching their prospects more effectively and develop effective sales process to increase their conversion.

The owner, Mr Pillai also wanted to keep the staff motivated and also grow and train the team effectively so that they could run the business without him needing to be there.

WHAT SME SKILLS DID FOR THEM:

We initially began by running a 4-month bespoke sales training program whereby we trained their staff on the basics of how to sell and how to pitch effectively.

We then helped them to recruit and replace sales staff, to help them to a more dynamic and efficient sales operation. We then incorporated a bespoke training program to help maintain the staff development.

We now operate as their non-exec sales directors helping them on a monthly basis with any sales issues, training, motivation and leadership.

THE RESULTS:

• We have helped take AVC from £1.75mill turnover to over £2mill. We developed a positive and dynamic team environment.
• An increase of £250,000!
• More importantly, by implementing simple management systems, the team is now able to manage itself and to consistently hit and achieve
• the sales targets monthly.
