We utilise the most modern equipment and the latest technology to provide an outstanding finish. We offer a same day service as standard to all our wlt_fielders and serve both the public and automotive trade markets. We also supply tyres and other associated products.

Franchise Overview

Our franchise network has been established for 6 years and we have branches nationwide from Bournemouth in the south to Inverness in the north. The Birmingham branch is our company-operated site and has been established since 1955. Our franchise was borne from the nationwide business demand at our company site and this demand continues to increase year-on-year. We still have virgin territories available across the UK and our franchise offering is becoming increasingly seen as an alternative investment opportunity.

Training

We deliver a comprehensive, bespoke training programme over several weeks before opening. Minimum 5 days classroom training covers the use of our unique lead-generating CRM, running your business and sales & marketing. A further 2 weeks at our technical training centre will familiarise you with our processes and give you the skills to achieve our required standards. Our technical trainer will also spend your first 2 days of trading with you.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

A typical day will start with greeting your wlt_fielders who are booked in that day and checking in vehicles. You will monitor your technicians’ progress to ensure our same day service deadlines are met, as well as responding to wlt_fielder leads that have been generated through the CRM system. Good man-management skills and delegation are necessary, as is sales & marketing, as you will need a proactive approach to generating additional business.

Starting from day one with a small team of technicians, P/T admin and marketing, your role as business owner is to meet and greet private and trade customers, ensure your team operate effectively and maintain our market leading standards. Once you have maximised your first territory we will discuss the different proven routes to further growing your empire.
