Open House was established in 2010 to offer people a new way to buy, sell or rent a property after the housing crisis hit in 2008. The success of the model is tried and tested with our low-cost model supporting all our agents through the recent Covid-19 pandemic.

We are now expanding our network of personal local estate agents throughout England and Wales and we are looking for individuals with the drive and entrepreneurial flair to build a profitable and sustainable business. With massively reduced overheads, our agents are able to compete with all the high street and online chains.

Our franchisees operate in an exclusive geographical area, based from home or a small office.
