Original business model established in 1999 and franchised in 2004. Franchisees work with SME clients, banks and other professional advisors across the UK. With 17 franchisees in operation, we are expanding to 50 over the next 5 years. We seek candidates with a passion for business, who love the numbers and can offer real value to the boardroom. Most franchisees are qualified accountants but we also recruit experienced senior business managers from commerce, adding valuable diversity to the network.

Training

Typically spanning 15 days over 5 weeks, training is an engaging mix of 1-to-1, classroom training and supported home projects combining lively tutor-led sessions with case study work and more reflective personal study. You are also assigned a mentor who works closely with you during your first six months and given support by other leading franchisees.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

Your time will be spent variously on clients’ premises and working from your own base. You will attend board and client meetings and connect with key personnel and stakeholders. The time spent planning, organising and delivering your business development programme is significant in the early months but is more passive as your portfolio becomes established. There is no cold calling or direct marketing activity in our franchise.
