Love Brownies unveils new franchise in Grassington

Love Brownies, a chocolate brownie and café franchise headquartered in Ilkley, has opened a new shop in the heart of Grassington, a popular tourist town in the Yorkshire Dales.

Originating in Yorkshire, the brand has a growing network of owned and franchised brownie shops and cafés, with the Grassington shop being the fourteenth to open in the UK.

The shop and café will offer Love Brownies products alongside a range of premium, freshly-brewed coffees and a ‘Dales Kitchen’ breakfast and lunch menu. The store will also feature a first for the network – an ice cream hatch, serving a range of bold flavours from their ice cream partners Northern bloc.

Love Brownies’ Head Baker and Owner, Chantal Teal said: “We are excited to expand our business with the Grassington franchise, which will be our first to open with a dedicated ice cream hatch. We are thrilled to offer our award-winning brownies to another corner of the Yorkshire Dales, where the brand first started.”

Grassington franchise owners, Olivia Beale and Joshua Ockerby added;

“The shop is in a fantastic location for hungry walkers and cyclists and we’re anticipating a busy summer. We are so pleased to be bringing business into the area during a time that has been difficult for so many.

“We have had such a warm welcome to the town and been busy every day since opening, with queues for the ice cream on warm days.”

The new Love Brownies café is located on Main Street and opened to the public on Monday 5^th July.
