Ours is a mobile business, which means that franchisees can keep costs down – there are no premises or costly overheads. Lawn Hero provides a cost-effective and efficient business operation, with flexibility that benefits both the franchisee and their customers. We mainly work in the domestic market but franchisees are free to expand into commercial market opportunities also.

The ideal Lawn Hero franchisee will enjoy working outdoors, and should already possess some practical skills. You need to be willing and able to work in the garden not just during the summer months, but in the winter as well. We are looking for tough, resourceful individuals with great customer service skills and an energetic outlook. As our training is full and comprehensive, you don’t need to have gardening experience as we will fully prepare you.

As this is a service-based business, franchisees must strive at all times to maintain high standards and be committed to completing high-quality work for customers.

On a daily basis, franchisees should be prepared to manage the running of the business – dealing with customers, providing gardening services, maintaining equipment, and dealing with challenges or problems.  Accounts and administration are also vital to the effective and smooth running of the business.
